Estonian Air is a regional; airline that is based in Tallinn. It is the national carrier of Estonia. With 166 employees, Estonian air has become the fastest growing European airline. This was achieved through a decision by its government to invest EUR 30 million in it in 2011.  Although there was an increase of about 33 percent after 9 months, unfortunately, the loss also increased. The CEO of Estonian air, Jan Palmer has explained that this was due to intense pressure on the price of tickets and the volatility in the eastern markets. Consequently, the airline recorded a net loss that is almost double the amount in the same period a year ago.
